Trying something new

I came across this great 3-minute TED talk the other day. Check it out and let me know what you think. Have you ever done something like this? What 30-day challenge would you take on?

As you know I’m a big fan of trying new things. And I think something like a 30-day challenge can make what might seem like a daunting challenge a bit more manageable and achievable. I’m often guilty of over-committing myself and end up in situations of self-sabotage.

I also like the idea of taking 30-day challenges to subtract habits we want to eliminate from our lives. Enjoy!

    Great advice. Things are easier to tackle when you just focus on the one thing. And 30 days is more manageable than doing it forever… but, if you’re not too careful, it may just become a habit and you will do it forever! I’ve recently tried journalling and meditation as 30-day challenges. Highly recommend both!
